DJ Dallas Austin
Dallas Austin is an internationally known Producer. He got his start by working with the multi-million selling artist Klymaxx.
In 1990, after working with Klymaxx, Austin branched out to work on albums by other acts including the bulk of the debut albums for the Motown artists Another Bad Creation and Boyz II Men ten million selling album; "Cooleyhighharmony".
Austin was later recruited by L.A. Reid and Babyface to work on a couple of projects for their record label, LaFace Records, including the debut album for TLC that ended up selling over six million units.
After his massive success with TLC, Austin then worked with Madonna on her 1994 album Bedtime Stories and also Michael Jackson and his HISTORY LP. After that Austin produced movie soundtracks to Boomerang, Small Soldiers, Nutty Professor, Poetic Justice, and White Men Can't Jump and also worked with numerous pop acts and produced hit singles like TLC's "Unpretty", Pink's songs "Don't Let Me Get Me" and "Just Like a Pill," and Gwen Stefani's 2004 single "Cool."
DJ Automatic has called Minnesota, Florida, Texas, New Mexico & Arizona home. His skillful mastery of the turntables has afforded him the opportunity to have a radio mix show in San Francisco, Las Vegas, San Antonio, Albuquerque and Palm Springs.
He performs at clubs and festivals across the country and also holds a coveted position in the elite Shadyville DJ Crew. Whether the occasion calls for open format, EDM or Hip Hop, DJ Automatic’s knowledge and love of music brings an incredible positive energy to every event he performs at.
Automatic has shared the stage with Kanye West, Lil’ Jon, T.I and more. And though intimate venues are something he loves to do, he also commands a crowd of 10,000 to 15,000 people for the Foam Glo and UV Festival Tour.
